Special Instructions Now On Rate Confirmation
When you input Special Instructions within an order, it gives drivers and carriers more information regarding the shipment that can help make the delivery successful. Now, it will now be reflected in the Notes section within the Rate Confirmation.
This will ensure that when the Rate Confirmation is sent through email or partner portal, this information is relayed as well.
Availability:
- This is available to every Rose Rocket user, with no additional set-up necessary.
- Available in Sandbox: Wednesday, November 6th, 2019
- Available in Production: Wednesday, November 13th, 2019
