In our last release, we’ve enabled the ability to revert status on an order. This allows for users to be able to undo a simple mistake without adding on extra work. To add on to that, now you can revert a Pickup, Delivery, and a Bill Generated status within a Manifest.
You can revert the status of a leg on the Manifest Details page. From the Manifest Details page, click on “Expand All” in the “Stops” section to expose the secondary dropdown options. Alternatively, you can right-click on the stop you want to revert, and click "Expand" to reveal the secondary dropdown.
Click on the three dots in the secondary dropdown and select “Undo Pickup”. Confirm your action.
Just like Undo Pickup above, you can Undo Delivery by clicking on the three dots within the secondary dropdown of the stop you want to revert the status on.
In any Manifest that is in “Bill Generated” status, you can now revert it by clicking on the three dots within the manifest, and clicking on “Undo Bill Generated”.
