What's new on Rose Rocket

We all do it. Every now and then, we click just a little too fast and complete a leg by mistake. Now, you can reverse pickup and delivery legs on your order details page. This applies to:

• Point-to-point orders only. Does not apply to multi-stop orders at the moment
• You are only able to reverse status of legs on the order details at this point. 
• You are only able to reverse status of orders before invoices or bills have been generated. 

Undo Pickup

Undo pickup reverses the status of a single leg and may also cause cascading changes to the status of your Order or Manifest.

• If you are reversing the first leg on your order, the status of your order will reverse from IN TRANSIT to ASSIGNED.
• If you are reversing the first leg on your manifest, the status of your manifest will change reverse from MOVING to ASSIGNED

Undo Delivery

Undo pickup reverses the status of a single leg and may also cause cascading changes to the status of your Order or Manifest.

• If you are reversing the first leg on your order, the status of your order will reverse from IN TRANSIT to ASSIGNED.
• If you are reversing the first leg on your manifest, the status of your manifest will change reverse from MOVING to ASSIGNED

This is available to every Rose Rocket user with no additional cost or setup required.
