We have completely redesigned our Invoices experience to bring you not only a fresh and clean design, but ultimately an easier workflow.
With the new Invoices page, you will be able to see more information at a glance, while being able to apply customizations to invoices faster.
To access the new Invoices page, go to "Invoice and Billing" and then "Invoices". This new page and experience is in Beta mode, and we're excited to hear your feedback.
Rather than having your invoices be listed by customer, the new Invoices Dashboard lists all invoices as separate items, mirroring the Orders or Manifests list view. You will now be able to sort columns on this page, allowing you to quickly locate any invoice.
This allows your accounting team to be able to see at a glance the following information:
See your order details without leaving your Invoices page by viewing orders in a pop-up window.
To do so, click on the drop-down menu on the invoice of the order you'd like to see, and select "View Order".
Your invoices page now has new default quick filters. You can click into these to see your invoices that are under any of the following criteria:
Within the actual list, you can now filter more categories, including:
Within the columns, you can click on them to have them sorted. This will be especially useful to stay organized and make sure no invoices slip through the cracks.
You can now add tags to your Invoices, the same way you can in your Order and Manifests. Go into an invoice and click on the + sign to add a tag. Please note that orders do not share Order tags for the time being, so Order tags will not auto-apply to Invoices.
To configure your tags, go to Settings, Tags, and add/edit them there. More on tags here!
