We’ve expanded the ETA & Location sharing feature to let you plan pickups and deliveries before shipments are on the road. In addition to setting the ETA & Location for orders In Transit, you can now set this for orders in Booked status.
When the ETA is set for an order, it is saved in the Activity Log and will automatically flow back to your customers using the Customer Portal.
New filter: Find orders without a set ETA
Use the new ‘Without ETA’ filter to find all orders that don’t have an ETA set. From the Orders list, dispatchers can see which pickups and deliveries have been planned, and which can be followed up on.
