Driver Mobile App – New Signature Flow
Since the release of our Driver Mobile app, we’ve collected a lot of feedback from your drivers. One feedback that we’ve gotten was around how to improve the workflow around getting signatures on the mobile app.
Now there are four different ways to complete a POD.
Here’s a quick look at the new process:
Updated Method - Sign
Before, a driver would ask for the signee to draw their signature prior to inputting their name. Now, they will have to input the name prior to getting drawing a signature.
New Method - Scan your POD
Scanning is a new way to complete the POD, and it’s simple.
- To scan a POD, click on the “Scan” option, and take a photo of the POD in front of you.
- Then, adjust the corners, and select “Crop” to trim the edges.
- Click “Enhance” to turn it into a black and white PDF scan.
- Click Save to upload it to the task(s) you have selected.
Availability:
- This is available to every Rose Rocket Driver Mobile user. Please update the app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
