What's new on Rose Rocket

Customers who do not have a customer portal account are now able to request customer portal access through the e-Tracking page and customer portal sign-up page

• If the user requesting customer portal access already exists in your contact list for that org, they will automatically be approved
• If the user requesting customer portal access does not exist in your contact list for that org, their request will require your approval

Here's how it works:

From the e-tracking page, customer selects "See More In Customer Portal"
