💳 Fuel Card Purchases
Import, manage, and deduct fuel purchases for your employees and owner-operator drivers using Rose Rocket! We work with all fuel vendors to help you streamline purchases and automate the deduction process, so your drivers always have the most accurate pay statements, while saving your team time.
It's as simple as uploading your fuel purchases, assigning cards to your drivers, and having the deductions applied to your drivers' upcoming statements automatically. We've even created a new Fuel Purchases page in the Invoices & Bills module where you can view, edit, and manage all of the fuel card purchases made by your drivers.
This is available for multiple currencies, so you can import transactions in CAD and USD for drivers who use the same fuel card while travelling across borders.

- Step 1: Assign a fuel card reference number in each driver profile
- Step 2: Import fuel purchases manually or using a CSV file and manage them from the Fuel Purchases page
- Step 3: Set up driver fuel deductions in the driver profile
