Tags – Organize, flag, and filter.
We’re extremely excited to introduce Tags – a flexible and powerful way to organize the shipments inside Rose Rocket. They are multi-functional and can be used to organize and manage steps of internal processes, to flag shipments that require special attention, or simply to note that a customer is new or important.
How to use Tags:
Tags can be customized from the Settings module. Watch this video here for a deep dive into tags.
Once you’ve created the tag, you can apply it to any order from inside the Order Details page.
From the Orders List or the Planning module, you can filter on orders by their tags.
Have some fun with your tags!
Your tags can be anything you want, so you can add some fun by using emojis! Watch this 1 minute video to learn how to do that.
