Resetting your Rose Rocket password
Whether you've forgotten your password or want to reset it, we've improved our guidelines to make sure every password you and your team create is strong and secure.
All new passwords require:
- 8 to 25 characters
- Both uppercase and lowercase characters
- At least one number
- At least one special character
💡 Make sure to take down your new password so you don't forget it later.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password and can't log into Rose Rocket, you'll be directed to our new reset password page where you can create a new one. Here's how it works:

If you're looking to reset your existing password, it can be updated in your Profile details located in the top navigation bar. How it works:
This is available to each user at no additional cost or setup.
