Partner Pick Up Requests
Have more flexibility when dispatching to your partner carriers.
If you prefer to have your partner initially only confirm the pick up, and would prefer to send a Rate Confirmation at a later point in time, you can now do this from the existing dispatch workflow.
Simply uncheck attaching a rate confirmation when dispatching to a partner carrier, and the module will instantly change from sending an e-Rate Confirmation to a Pick Up Request.
Your partners will receive an email that takes them to the Pick Up Request page, where they can see the details of the order, including an estimated rate rather than a quote. Your partners can also add driver and dispatch contact details, confirm the pickup and delivery, as well as upload order documents.
All of this information will then flow back into your instance of Rose Rocket automatically, where you can see status updates and documents for the order.
Here's how it works:
In addition to the Pick Up Request page, your partners have the option to sign up for the Rose Rocket Partner App where they can work with you from a lightweight portal for free. Your partners can forget about digging through emails to send documents and status updates, the Partner App lets them collaborate with you on orders, instant chat, and share order documents from a single system.
