Offload Manifest Document: Includes Pickup & Linehaul Legs

We understand that your team needs the ability to produce an accurate offload manifest at any time of day. Previously, Rose Rocket generated an offload manifest that only showed you pickup legs where the freight was confirmed as picked up. This meant that in order to produce an offload manifest in advance of the driver completing all of their pickups in real life, you'd have to fake out the system by completing the pickups before they were actually completed.

Now, the logic that produces the offload manifest will include all pickup or linehaul legs that are on the manifest, regardless of whether they have been marked as picked up or not. This means you don't have to mark orders as picked up before they actually are.

The logic will exclude pickup and linehaul legs that have been unloaded at a terminal. This means if you have a driver that is doing multiple runs in a day, you can produce multiple offload manifest documents from the same driver manifest in Rose Rocket without having previously offloaded freight re-appear.

Go to the Manifest page, select Planning and go into the manifest of choice. Scroll to “Documents” and select the “Offload Manifest” document. The document will now show all pickup or linehaul legs on the manifest for easy planning and visibility.
