Today, when you work with a Rose Rocket partner, orders are added to your TMS automatically. We've listened to your feedback that these orders can be hard to find, and may appear without you realizing it. The Network inbox centralizes everything in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Differentiate between the orders created by your team in Rose Rocket and the orders sent to you by your Rose Rocket partners. From the Orders list, you can now switch to your Network Inbox to see and accept all orders that have been sent to your business.
Your time is valuable. Some days, you enter an order into Rose Rocket the moment your partner contacts you. Other times, you’re running behind and they send you the order first. Import lets you quickly copy an order that was sent to you, and add it to your TMS. From here, you can assign it to your driver and continue planning and dispatching on Rose Rocket as usual.
