Multi-Stop Orders – Report Problems and Claims on Stop Level
Certain problems or claims may arise on a stop level but may not affect your entire multi-stop order. Now, you can report a problem or submit a claim on only the stop it applies to.
How to:
- Click into the multi-stop order.
- Click on the three dots next to the stop you need to report the problem or submit the claim for.
- Add the details.
Any problem you report on a stop can be previewed at the Order List level for a consolidated view.
