IFTA fuel tax reporting is an important part of fleet compliance, and our new IFTA reporting makes it quick and easy. The new IFTA Report uses the miles and jurisdictions travelled on a Manifest to calculate the IFTA fuel tax for you.
When a Manifest is completed, routing data is used to calculate the distance travelled per state or province based on the assigned equipment. The IFTA report works best using our Advanced Routing feature, to pull in accurate truck miles using the Trimble Maps integration.
Filter for IFTA or non-IFTA miles and exempt jurisdictions that are not IFTA members to ensure accurate fuel tax filing.
Your IFTA reports can be used to calculate and file tax returns for your fuel usage.
Here's How it Works
Step 1: Set up IFTA tracking on your Equipment.
Step 2: Import Fuel Purchases with the jurisdiction and Rose Rocket equipment names.
Step 3: Your IFTA report will be created, and you can filter it by equipment, region, or time frame. Report data can be refreshed every hour and will show when the report information was last populated, down to the minute.
