What's new on Rose Rocket

Planning, booking, and executing appointed freight can be challenging even at the best of times. To make it easier to manage shipments that require appointments, you can now filter on different appointment flags on Rose Rocket.

From inside the Order Details page of any order, any unconfirmed appointment will be called out in red for your attention.

If you need to see all the orders with appointments or that require an appointment to be booked, navigate to the Orders List and from the list of possible filter conditions, search for “Appointments”.

Available Filters:

• "Has Appointment" - You will be able to filter on either pickup or delivery legs with appointments.
• "Has Appointment Confirmed?" - You will be able to toggle between seeing orders with confirmed appointments and those without.
