e-Rate Confirmations: Email Activity Log
Staying on top of the communication between your dispatchers and partner carriers should be easier than digging through an inbox.
When sending an e-Rate Confirmation, Rose Rocket will now save the email history between you and your partners right within the Manifest activity log, so dispatchers have a record of the emails that have been sent and when they were opened by your partner carrier.
When a partner replies to your email, these will also be saved in the activity log to give you full visibility into the thread without leaving Rose Rocket.
Activity is stored on a Manifest when sending e-Rate Confirmations from Rose Rocket.
