A Reporting Overhaul - Part 2
We are excited to deliver 8 new reports and 2 new data exports to help you analyze various aspects of your business.
Since we released our first overhaul of new reports, our internal team has been working hard to continually expand analytics and reporting capabilities to bring more value to your business.
8 New Reports:
- Driver Manifest Profitability Report: See manifest profitability by date range, manifest tags, drivers and dispatchers responsible for each manifest.
- Carrier Manifest Profitability Report: See carrier profitability by date range, manifest tags, partner carriers and dispatchers responsible for each manifest.
- Dispatcher Manifest Profitability Report: See manifest profitability by date range, manifest tags, and dispatcher responsible for each manifest.
- Wait Time Report: See the average wait time drivers spend at stops and drill down on orders and legs by customer.
- Quote Win/Loss Report: Break down your win rate of how many orders were quoted and booked, and see the margin percentage by each customer.
- Claims Report: See all open and resolved claims along with the average claim duration by customer. Drill into specific claims for more information including internal & dispute notes.
- Inactive Customers Report: See the number of days since orders were last created and booked for each of your customers.
- New customers report: See all new customer profiles broken down by sales representative.
All reports are displayed in the home currency of your organization, which is shown in the top corner of each report dashboard. Dashboard data can be refreshed every hour and will show when the report information was last populated, down to the minute.
Available to any user with an Advanced Business Intelligence license, new reports can be found in the side dropdown menu or in the Reports tab on your Analytics page.
2 New Data Exports:
- Legs Export: Download leg information.
- Customer Export: Download customer profile information.
New data exports can be found in the Export tab on your Analytics page. To export, select on the three dots, and “Download Data”.
Availability:
- This is available to every user with an Advanced Analytics license, which is an add-on. Users with this license can see the new changes with no additional cost or setup required.
